The Collectively Yours Dares Team might be taking a brief holiday for the summer, but that doesn’t mean your creativity should be on holiday. You can still be inspired AND win a prize as well.

There are still plenty of things that can keep your mojo happy during the summer holiday period and we will have some challenges for you over the coming weeks.

The first challenge for you all is to scrap a page using a postcard that you have bought. Now this might be a postcard that you have just gone out to buy specially for this challenge. It might be a postcard of your home town, of a place you have visited on a day trip or a postcard you bought a long time ago on a place you visited.

When you bought the postcard doesn’t matter. What you do with it does!

Make a page using the postcard. Remember the postcard will not be acid free so if you are an acid free purist then use something like archival mist. However, if you are not including other postcards on the page, or if you ensure it doesn’t touch the photos if you are using them, the page will be fine.

Take a picture of your page and upload it, leaving a link here so we can go and check it out.

You must upload a link to your page by Monday 6th August and we will then draw one winner from random to win a prize.

The prize will be a free one month subscription to the Design Collective. Now many of you already know how good the Design Collective is. Wonderful inspirations featuring 12 top notch classes a month delivered right to your in box.
That’s plenty of inspiration to keep your mojo satisfied all month long.

So – get creating a postcard page, link to your page here, play along with us this summer and try and win a prize.

And don’t forget – the Collectively Yours Dares will be back in full swing, returning with a guest celebrity bang in September.
